Hi, what should i do in this scenario? Please
A buyer has still not received their item, i used simple delivery and royal mail
Item has not been attempted to be delivered
Item has been stuck on "we have the item at local depot and will attempted delivery in 8-9-25" it's been like that for over a week now
I spoke to royal mail and they said it could be lost
How should the buyer report this on ebay? So we both dont lost funds as we both protected by seller and buyer protection?

Ask the buyer to open a "not received" case. With Simple Delivery if an item is lost or damaged in transit ebay issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment.
