Signing In

I can sign in to my account using the mobile app on iPhone 14 Pro Max but can’t sign in to Payments, Face ID is confirmed the text received but after entering and submitting it returns to the face ID

Thank you for the post.

There is a technical issue on eBay's end with signing into the eBay app. Its currently being worked on to resolve. Once there is further updates of it being fixed we will update the threads on the community.
