Hi everyone! I was trying to list an item and donate the fee to a charity and when I try to submit my listing says that my account is still in verification and I submitted all the documents requested as proof that we are a charity a week ago
Depending on the number and type of documents supplied charity review verification can take up to 2 weeks. Its likely they are still reviewing the information. Once it is reviewed you should receive notification on your account.
