Hi, I sold my item 23mm Sewer Inspection Camera Head Professional IP68 Waterproof Pipe Drain Endosc, but the buyer decided that he wants to return it. I confirmed the return and refund and payed for the return postage. Some time later, the buyer asked me about the return label.  I received an information that eBay will send a return label for the buyer. unfortunately, the buyer did not receive it until today. Could you help me, please?

Can't they use it now they've received it?

The buyer didn't receive the return label. that's why he can't use it

If you accepted the return the buyer should have received the label automatically unless they are outside the UK.   In which case they can't get one through ebay.   You can ask them to buy the  return postage themselves and you reimburse them using Paypal or similar.

If you paid for a label via ebay you won't be charged if it's not used.    It might be best to contact ebay and ask them to check what's happened to it.   You can request a callback on here:

I already spoke with advisor. and she told me that I can order a new one by ebay. Could you provide me how can I order the return lable here?

Do I need to separately order courier delivery, like exam Royal Mail, and send the returm lable throug the eBay?

If the buyer hasn't received the label though ebay you can buy one on Royal Mail's website and give the QR for it to the buyer so they can print it out at their end.    Or you can ask the buyer to buy the postage themselves and you pay them back when you get  the item.
