EVRI - how to contact them?

Parcel not delivered and EVRI not responding, so we dont know where the parcel is located.

Lousy delivery service, how do I get in contact and speak with a HUMAN?

If you're the seller you ask the buyer to open a "not received" case on ebay.    With Simple Delivery ebay refunds the buyer and the seller keeps the payment.

If you're the buyer select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.

Many thanks, it is a shame as the buyer really wanted the goods that now seem to have disappeared.
