I'm trying to complete the 'Payout Information' step for my new seller account. However, I keep getting a persistent error message that says: "Something isn't right. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."
I've already contacted customer support and cleared my browser's cache and data, but the issue is still there. I can't proceed with my account setup.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?
I would be very grateful for any guidance from experienced sellers on what might be causing this error and how to fix it.
