How the warranty works?

I purchased electric item within 4 month is broken, the seller not responding. How does it work for warranty anyone know?

eBay only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties.    Contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

Is this a refurbished item with eBay's 12 month warranty?

If so, you should have an email from when you bought it explaining how to make a claim.
