Global shipping set up for all listings ,but when someone bids and goes to pay ,a message keeps coming up that postage hasn't been set up ,on double checking the global shipping is in all listings and this is happening frequently so is this another glitch ? seems like someone is trying to drive people away from ebay with all the glitches that are happening recently .
