Problem with tire installation purchased from eBay

Hello! I bought 4 tires with installation included for my car. The seller immediately sent the tires to the service center, where they were supposed to install them. Shortly after, the garage wrote to me that they would not be able to install them and I don't know what to do. I can't even contact eBay and the automated assistant can't help in any way. What should I do in this case? How do I contact someone with a head on their shoulders on eBay?

I really do not know what you would expect ebay to do! Ebay cannot install, the garage no doubt wants rid of them, and you do not actually have them.

As far as I can see all you can do is open a Not as described case to get them returned for a refund, that in itself will be a problem.

Presumably what you paid included cost if installation.

Thanks for the answer! I managed to find a contact form with eBay with a thousand obstacles and wrote to them, let's see what they will answer. In general, it is absurd to buy a fitting , which is then denied to you and they offer you a refund. What should I do with these tires, should I install them myself or give them to the children to play with. Complete absurdity!

If I am correct, you bought tyres & had them delivered to fitters, who refused to fit them.

Why did they refuse to fit them?

As said, you can open item not as described case, you can return for full refund, seller supplies returns label.

But ebay can't make seller pay for any fitting costs.

Yes, that's exactly how things are, but everything is happening within the framework of today. I have yet to find out what is happening with the tires that have already been sent to the garage for installation and with the installation itself. A complete mess.

You need to get the tyres so that you are then able to return them.

This is a highly highly unusual situation.
