Safety recall

I  bought a fly catcher and I have received a recall message. I have contacted the seller and they can't find the item and need more info I have sent a photo of the item and purchase. I need help but I can't get to talk to a human assistant I just keep getting sent to round and round the houses. Help I'm going out of my mind

Sorry but ebay won't do anything if it's more than 30 days since delivery date.   Seller is not obliged to refund either, as far as ebay are concerned.   You could try your payment provider.
