Can any one help am pulling my hair out.
EBay contacted me couple of weeks ago informing me an item has been recalled as dangerous/faulty and to contact the Seller for a full refund. I've sent an email to seller and seller is ignoring me. I've tried to contact customer services for further help and am going round & round with the stupid AI which is a much use as a chocolate teapot. Is there a human being employed in eBay or is it all AI now.
