a few weeks ago I bought a copy of pokemon emerald on ebay, it was sent to the wrong address, and I had to retrieve it. When I opened it there was nothing in the parcel and I'm pretty sure it was a scam. I opened a case and seller accpeted returns, I've tried to scan the qr code at two different post offices but it doesn't work. I have till tomorrow to file a return but I can't see the seller's address anywhere. I'm not sure what to do at this point?

What sort of return did you open, it should be Not As Described, sellers have to accept this sort of return.
Seller has to send you a reply paid label, through the case, if not then you escalate the case to ebay after 3 days..

Thanks for the reply, I did do it as an item not as described
I attached full documentation showing everything, the seller accepted the returns and ebay sent me a qr code but that QR code won't work for some reason. I've tried to use online qr code scanners to try and extract the return address but they can't decipher it either. The seller has not responded to me so I don't have their actual address. I just have a deadline for tomorrow to return the item by.

You need to contact ebay and tell them you can't use the label. You should really have done that the first time it didn't work.
