final sold price not right

Ebay are putting in the sold listing prices that items sold for only £ 0.08 which has been very odd when some items sold for over £10 ,so why is ebay saying the items sold for £0.08 ,not very good one seller has quite a few of these £0.08 on his sold listings and other sold prices are correct ,so even he is concerned ebay need to sort this out .

I have also seen a few of these on sellers sold listings,  items sold for £0.08p  thinking it odd.

Many strange things happening since Simple Delivery was introduced.

I have noticed this as well.

The site has been horribly glitchy this month and this is another worrying issue.

You can see the proper 'sold' price with a few more clicks but clearly this should not be happening.

I am adding the Community Team to this thread - it would be helpful if you could add an item number @enduringclothingstudio

All the affected listings seem to be ones that have sold by way of an accepted best offer.

seems to have started in sept not before ,the one seller has quite a few items that apparently sold for £0.08p . yet his other items show the right sold price ,it seems very random for the £0.08p .

Good evening Kate ,regarding the final sold prices showing £0.08 p the problem has got worse ,if you look at cambrian-coast-collectables   there are alot there going back into august now  too , where before it...

Still not been corrected by ebay ,the same seller had 27 sold prices through september saying they sold for £0.08 which was far from true .

Yes the ticket remains open with tech and currently being worked on. We don't have a timescale on the resolution but once we have confirmation of it being resolved I will come back and update.

Tech have provided an update that this issue has now been fixed. The items sold should no longer be showing the incorrect amount.
