What’s going on with the primary navigation with the app? Selling and My eBay swapped places without any warning about a month ago and this morning they’ve swapped back. There’s now one navigation order for the app on an iPhone and a different order when using an iPad. Does anyone at eBay do usability testing or think its wise to notify users of changes?
Mobile app navigation:
HOME>SEARCH>SELLING>NOTIFICATIONS>MY eBAY
Tablet app navigation:
HOME>MY eBAY>SEARCH>NOTIFICATIONS>SELLING
