Hi hope someone can help, I sold a T-shirt then brought the prepaid label through eBay. When I went to send the parcel in bag they said it’s a large letter. This happened to me before and I gave up contacting eBay as there useless and brought another label out my own money. It’s happened again and just getting annoyed at them now, when I buy a prepaid label through Evri it’s fine when it’s Royal Mail they put as large letter. Wondering if anyone can help or have any suggestions on what I should do
