Has anybody successfully received a refund for unused labels in the new simple delivery system?
I have continued to use my own delivery methods but im currently paying twice for delivery with this new system, I spoke with an agent who sent me a link to apply for a refund, so far ive applied for 17 refunds which is worth a fair bit of money to me, so far ive drawn a blank, not even a message to acknowledge the refund, some of these go back 16 days and still nothing.

Your listings all have postage on them which is paid by the buyer. They automatically get a refund for unused labels after 3 days. To buy your own postage you have to select seller pays - free delivery.
You're selling a lot of new items which means you should be registered as a business seller. That way you won't have to use Simple Delivery postage at all.

In effect, by doing it your way, buyer pays no postage as they get the refunds, but you then buy postage.
You are losing a lot of money, but must have very happy buyers, who are not paying any postage.
As already explained business sellers do not have to use, not so simple, simple postage.

So how would I price my items? raise the costs to include the postage? its all a bit confusing for me, it is far from simple

As previously mentioned if your account was correctly registered you would'nt have this problem as Simple Delivery doesn't apply.
