Order Number Missing From Account

Hello Everyone. I placed an order  2 days ago, but its number is missing from my my eBay account. I can't find an option in eBay's help sections for this situation. Any ideas on why the number may be missing or how to contact eBay direct. Many thanks, Andrew.

Did you perhaps make this purchase as a Guest Purchase?  Then, no details will show in your eBay account as it was not used to buy the item.

This will show you how to find your order details,  and how to claim if you need to for your item :

If this is not the case,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open for ' live agents' 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You'll need CS to look in to this for you as they have full access to your account.

Lines for live agents open at 9 a.m. today but speak only to Dublin,  you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones from the Emerald Isles,  as it's a Call Back.  Otherwise,  contact them tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. very first thing,  there is more chance of Dublin answering.

There is no telephone number.  you need to click on the link I provided above,  here it is below too,  and select Contact Us.

  Lines for a ' live agent'  are not opened yet, contact CS now,  and you'll get an automated bot,  you don't want that.  Wait till 9 a.m. only speak to Dublin.
