Hi all I wonder if any of you great people could give me some advice a few weeks ago I decided to set up a eBay account to sell privately and I stupidly picked evri to handle my simple delivery and on my first sale they handled the parcel well up until the point of delivery as they failed to deliver as the business it was going to was closed however they state they will make 3 attempts but my tracking as never updated since and that was over a week ago and my buyer states they still haven't received the parcel so my question is if evri lost my parcel and I have to refund my buyer can I claim my losses back from eBay
If its a simple delivery item, your buyer needs to open an INR, you do not need to refund or do anything as ebay will deal with it direct. The case is between the buyer and ebay.
Thank you so much as I was going to refund the buyer myself as I didn't realise what you said was the case so that's great saves me hassle I really don't want and I guess the moral of the story is DONT USE EVRI there absolutely shocking
