Blocked buyer managed to buy item twice before block took effect - Ebay wont refund fees

Evening

I am selling a car on ebay - its been horrific, so far 3 non paying bidders

Today a man messaged and we spoke to him, he sent a low offer we refused

He then bought car - when i wrote asking why he insulted my son saying he bought it to spoil his life and he was a d head

I messaged Ebay, reported him, blocked him and relisted

He bought it again !!

This guy has previous history of doing this, he has no negatives as you cant leave them but has positive horror stories.

I messaged Ebay as this has now cost me £60+ and they've said theres nothing they can do -

Any advice??

The man is a 53 year old self employed business owner - why would people be so bizarre ?!

Best advice is use a Classified ad.

Ad. runs for I think 30  days and ends only when you have been paid. No non payers.

"Any advice??"

4 full days after the sale cancel with buyer did not pay - that gives the buyer an unpaid strike - 2 strikes in a year virtually stops them buying.

Also, the 3 false positives you left can damage your account is the buyer reports them.

Use the non-payment options to give non-payers a well deserved defect on their account and reclaim any Final Value Fees(FVF) you have paid and for information >>>

Best way to sell a your vehicle Using a PC/Laptop  ( Mobiles/Apps listings often fail to show) is >>>

Classified Ads. at total fee of £19. 99 will allow the exchange of contact details for viewing and price negotiation over a 30 day period --- set the Start price at or near the price that you would find acceptable --- Avoid inviting Offers which may never complete --- just continue to Negotiate an acceptable selling price and only remove the Ad. when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or a  Bank Transfer is safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Vehicle keys/documents on buyer viewing /collection. No additional FVF selling fee is charged.    Do not accept PayPal payment.
