simple delivery over ride

No matter what I do, simple delivery over rides every other postage method. Only options in front of me are royal mail or evri. Ive attempted to create a postage policy and yet simple delivery over rides.

Simple Delivery is mandatory for private sellers in most categories.  It is supposed to be what you use and is no longer optional.

If you are trading (buying items to sell), then you should register as a business seller and avoid Simple Delivery.
