No QR code from Evri. How do I collect my item?

An item I bought about a week ago was sent by Evri to a post office near me. My ebay account shows that the item was delivered to the post office by Evri three days ago, and is ready for me to collect it. However, I have not received the email I usually receive with the QR code for collection (and, yes, I've checked my junk folder too).

 

After searching online, I see that unless you have the QR code, the post office/shop will not hand over an item. It seems that even photo ID is no use. No QR code = no item.

 

So, how do I obtain the QR code? Can ebay help with this (in the same way they help with Argos ecp codes)?

Check your eBay messages,  your email even Spam and order details,  if that collection code is not there,  contact eBay Customer Services,  they should provide that essential code for you.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
