I am the seller and a buyer wants to return an item but I have already refunded him!!

If I have already refunded my buyer for the item, he is saying he now cannot initiate the return and generate a label, what should I do about this because obviously I want my item back?

It cannot be returned via ebay now so you would have to buy a postage label online and send them the code.   Or ask them to buy it and you reimburse them aftewards using Paypal or similar.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I have asked him to buy the label and I will refund the cost of the postage.
