I have had a buyer contact me to say she has been into a Jet service station to pick up 2 packages i sent and they are not there. The Royal mail tracking is showing them as delivered.
The address labels were printed directly on ebay so the ECP number was on the packages.
I have just spoken to ebay and they have told me to go back to Royal Mail because the ECP have not marked it as received. The buyer claims they have been into the garage and they say they haven't got it. Can't see this ending well
