no item to collect despite tracking showing as delivered

I don't know what to do.  An item is saying "delivered" but I have been twice to the collection point and nothing is there.  Now ebay have closed the case as tracking shows delivered on 19th August!  What do I do?  It's really upsetting.  The seller has not communicated back with me once.  What do I do?  I have never been in this situation before.

If you have opened a 'not received' case through Ebay and it has been closed, you could try your payment provider.

I assume you have checked the tracking and it does show delivery to the collection point you chose when you checked out.

Hopefully your payment provider will look into this more deeply than Ebay have.
