So I sold a bulky item (a guitar) packaged it up, printed off the label that ebay forwarded to me and found my local DHL drop off point and took it there yesterday where it was scanned in.
This morning a driver came to collect it. I didnt see any information that it would be collected. After doing some digging I did find an article saying that it would be collected. Has this happened to anyone else. I dont know if I have to retrieve it or will it get collected at the shop. It hasnt moved since yesterday
