Package sent to another address but my buyer cannot locate it

My buyer messaged me to say her package was sent to her neighbour address, but she is unable to locate that neighbour. The picture shows it was delivered and collected. I have messaged the buyer  for a confirmation, but no response. I gave a full refund, but I would like to know how i could get my money back.

What does the tracking show?

If it shows delivered to the correct address/postcode, then you will not be able to get a refund.

If the seller had opened a 'not received' case through Ebay, if tracking shows delivered, you would not have been expected to refund.
