I purchased a collection only vivarium after the seller told me he could deliver… heard nothing back from him so put in a cancellation request which he took 3 days to decline.. I was trying to figure out what to do next and put in a return item request but quickly realized that’s not what I’m supposed to do…. I have emailed eBay support regarding this but I am so worried and stressed with this order… what am I supposed to do now? Just wait 48 hours for a response from eBay? Thanks in advance for any help or advice xx

Give it a bit longer then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
