I used Simple Delivery to send an item and all went well and buyer was able to redirect to local post office. All went fine and they confirm received and given me a good review but tracking still says awaiting collection. Buyer said he asked if he needed to sign anything and post office said no and simply handed to them with no scanning taking place!!!! So now funds aren't being released as tracking unchanged saying awaiting collection - i have photo from buyer showing receipt. I cannot find anything anywhere on eBay saying how to resolve this and no e-mail or phone number for customer service.......
