Buyer wants to return item - poor quality

A buyer wants to return an item, they’re claiming it’s damaged and not to his expectation.

The product I sent wasn’t damaged when I sent (have photos to prove this) and certainly isn’t poor quality, was securely packed. Any ideas with how to handle this? Not overly happy about having an item returned to me that’s been damaged.

thanks!

If they open a return case through Ebay and they claim the item is not as described in the listing, you will have to choose one of the options offered by Ebay.

Essentially, you will be expected to refund without return or supply a return label and refund when you get the item back.

Until/unless the buyer starts a return case, you don't need to do anything.
