unable to mark as dispatched. In sellers hub when i try i get, The selected orders aren't eligible for this action

i have already added tracking number.

If tracking numbers are added that's all you need do, it shows the item has been dispatched.

If you buy Simple Delivery postage,  there's nothing to mark,  as soon as a postage label purchased,  it marks the item dispatched and adds the tracking.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Its just saying in the seller hub, dispatch overdue despite me adding tracking details, do i just ignore?

If you didn't use the original Simple Delivery label if you generate that now it will mark the item as dispatched.   It will still be unused and the buyer will receive a refund for it automatically in 30 days.

I didn't use the simple delivery label option, i just used royal mail, so i there a solution to this problem?
