Seeing and editing the details of items ive posted

Hi. I uploaded Lego items for sale today. I’ve never sold before on eBay. I thought I’d selected auction for all items but I’ve made mistakes and people have bought items which they say were up for a fixed price 🤦‍♀️I can’t find the items in my account. Once I find the list I need to edit them to say I want auction. Understandably people are mad cos they bought the item for a really small price and I cancelled because of my mistake. Can someone help please?

You are in danger of having your selling account closed down permanently.

When an item is sold,  you have to honour that sale .  eBay do not like disappointed buyers,  they tend not to come back to the site to buy again, so serious sanctions can be placed on sellers accounts.

Two things to be aware of.  When listing in an auction format,  Always start the auction for the lowest amount you are happy to receive,  it cannot sell for less.  Then,  if you only receive one bid,  which more than often happens,  you will not be disappointed.

If you add a Buy it Now to an auction item,  that Buy it Now price disappears , when the first bid is placed,  and the sale runs on in auction style only.

Your auctions which do not have bids now,  if the starting price is not one you wish to sell for,  then quickly revise it to the lowest amount you are happy to accept.

You cannot change from 'buy it now' to 'auction'.

You would have to end your listings and relist as auction items.

Start the auction at the lowest price you will be happy to accept.

To end a listing early, select End your listing below.

End your listing

Click on View listings  to see your own items.

You do need to properly investigate how selling works before you carry on selling.  If you cancel sales, you will get negative feedback and may also get defects on your account.

Cancelling sales without agreement of buyer gives you a defect. As ebay expect no more than two defects per 100 sales, you will no doubt be below standard and get restrictions on selling.

All the ones I have just looked at are auctions, but VERY UNWISE to start at such low prices.

One bid and that is what you must accept.
