Paid, but item not sent

I bought and paid for bicycle parts which were never sent, and the seller is not responding. 

I’ve raised a request with eBay who tell me to contact the seller. The request will time-out soon and I’ve no clue what to do next. Please Help! 🙏

Do you mean you have opened a case for item not received?  This gives the seller 3 full days to either provide a tracked postage showing delivery,  or give you a full refund.

If neither happens then on day 4,  escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
