Seller sold something that doesnt fit

Hi All. A seller has just sold me a shirt that I was assured, was a Uk large size & only receiving today and its a medium that doesnt fit, doesnt take returns & will not refund me.

What do I do now?

Start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description".   Do not use "Doesn't fit", that is classed as change of mind which sellers can refuse.     Escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

NO RETURNS only applies to change of mind, you have received something that is not as described, so open a return case BUT DO NOT USE REASON DOES NOT FIT.

, as it will be classed as change of mind and rejected.

Open not as described case.

Seller sold something that doesnt fit

Hello, thank you for your reply. Ok I understand the wording part, so I can
ask for help from E-bay, in this matter? Ive spoken to seller, he does not
accept returns, wont refund or exchange the item. I was assured the size of
shirt bought, would be a "Uk" large size, but is actually a medium size.
Was offered a Xl size, prior to shipping, now realising a Xl is a Uk large,
to him and in end I got a medium size that I cant wear.
So after 3 days I can appeal & E-bay will step in?

Regards, Benoit

As above you need to open a return and select the reason... Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

After 3 full days, in other words 72 hours, you go to tge case and escalate, that is ask ebay to take over.

If ebay have to get involved, the seller gets a defect on their selling account, and possibly restrictions on selling.
