Buyer not confirming receipt

Hi

my buyer  has paid for my item through eBay. They sent a courier to collect the item but they have not acknowledged receipt of the item. It has been a few days since collection and they are not responding to my text.

what can I do to ensure I get my monies.

You should have got the collection code from the buyer before giving the goods to the courier,ask the buyer now for the code it should be in their emails or orders on eBay,without the code you will have to wait a minimum 14 days for payout.

I have already asked him twice to confirm receipt, but I have had no
response

Then all you can do is wait for eBay to clear payment to your account which as i said will be a minimum of 14 days from sale

Even if they don’t confirm receipt I should still get payment

Yes you will get your payment,it will show in your eBay balance then you can withdraw it to your bank account
