I sold a £65 for £28. It was still sealed in the original packaging, including the sku code for more info on dress. I’ve now found out the dress has already been posted & customer wishes a return as she feels it is too short.
where do I stand here, as I now have a dress en route that if I resell will not be in the initial condition.
I would really appreciate someone’s help here as I don’t know where I stand.
