Retrieving sales for the tax year 2022/2023

Hello

I have printed off my ebay orders for the period 06.04.2022 to 05.04.2023. At the top of the page it shows the number of sales (including any cancelled) plus the total amount of the sales, according to ebay. However when I go through each individual sale and add up the total amount shown (including postage but before ebay fees taken) I cannot get the same amount as shown by ebay, at the top of the page. What am I missing? This is my first time referring any tax info so please excuse my ignorance. I would really appreciate some help though as to how to balance these figures. Thank you

It would help if you gave some figures, such as ebay sales total, and what you make it?

Also totals for postage and fees.

I am afraid I have given up on agreeing with ebay figures, as it could be they take into account, unpaid items, cancelled items refunded, and possibly day paid.

Unpaid and cancelled are all sales, even though you have received nothing.

As a private seller, you shouldn't need to do any of that.
