I want to cancel my order

I have two orders with you and I want to cancel them and unfortunately for some reason he's rejecting it even though he hasn't posted the item yet clearly so any sorting out by using if I can have my refund that will be great if not I will take up with the bank

You can ask a seller to cancel your order but they do not have to agree.

Does the seller have a Returns Accepted policy on their listings?  Then, on receipt of your  items you can return them for a full refund,  but you'll need to pay for that tracked return postage.

Change of mind cancellations are not something you can take up with your bank.

You can ask for a cancellation but the seller does not have to accept your cancellation.

You may be able to return the item if you bought from a business seller. You would have to pay for tracked postage.

You need to be really certain you want the item before you buy and pay. Do not assume you will be able to cancel.  That is not an automatic right on Ebay.

We are members like you, we cannot cancel your orders, only seller can do that.
