Hello community. So I sold an item, nice... The same day it was sold it was cancelled by the buyer. eBay refunded them this was the 8th. By the 10th it sold again but to someone completely different. Feedback left, both ways collected in person complete. The money is showing in my total sales but isn't available. Can anyone help on this matter, what time frame am I looking at before I get my money. Thank you

If the item was collected did the buyer bring a 6 digit collection code for you to either scan or enter the numbers manually in the order details alongside.... Confirm Collection ?  If not,  you have no proof of collection, and under the new payout process this payout will be held for 14 days.

For any future collection items, after purchase and payment send the buyer a polite reminder to bring that code,  as the item cannot be released without it.

I scanned the QR code, and it flagged up collected just like I did for the last 6 items I sold. I've been told I've got to wait until the 24th yet other collected items where only two days

In my listing I always, say QR code required before taking your item. When they arrive my to my home first thing I ask, is for that code I scan it and job done. For some reason this sale is 14days
