WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE TIME LIMIT FOR AN UNSENT ITEM

BOUGHT AN ITEM ON THE 8TH JUNE 2025 FROM ITALY WHICH HAS NOT BEEN POSTED, SO I TRIED TO CANCEL IT BUT THE SELLER REFUSED, AND NOW EBAY SAY I HAVE TO WAIT A TOTAL OF TWO MONTHS WHICH I HAVE SAID IS UNACCEPTABLE?!!

WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE TIME LIMIT FOR AN UNSENT ITEM

Look at the listing what was the last estimated date for delivery?  You can open a case one day after that last date.  Escalate the case on day 4,  if not refunded beforehand.
