Has anyone had any experience of a returned item failing verification? I ordered a pair of ex display shoes. They arrived with a verification tag attached. I tried them on. They didn’t fit. I returned them in the exact same condition they arrived with the eBay tag still attached. However, I received an email this evening saying they are being sent back to me as failed verification and return cancelled.
I know for certain there is nothing wrong or different about those shoes.
How do I do about getting my refund?
