Scooter sale warning notice

Can anyone advise me how to sell an E scooter for spares or repairs please. Every time I try to post the advert it says I have to include a warning sign about not driving on the roads. I've copied their statement and included it in the item description,  also added it as a photo, but I still can't post my advert.. any ideas ? Thanks.

Sometimes eBay messages are not very clear in explaining the matter.

I believe from last year private sellers are not allowed to sell e Scooters on eBay.  Only,  eligible business sellers can sell these items, due to safety concerns, particularly around lithium - ion batteries.
