Damaged item - replacement

Item arrived damaged, I advised and asked for either refund or a new one . Seller agreed to send replacement.  After a lot of delay and now lack of messages I have no communication from the seller and am left with a damaged item.  I can’t seem to leave any feedback now as in desperation I have opened a case of not delivered

Damaged item - replacement

Cases can only be opened within 30 days of estimated delivery. 

 

Not delivered assuming you are in time is not the correct case, you received a damaged item, so you  need to close that case and open a Not as described case.

 

If out of time you should contact your payment provider.
