Yes, you can do this and it will sell the item for the bid price showing.

Click on the little box left of the item in Active listing and scroll up to the tab Actions. From there select End to Highest Bidder.
This can be done on a PC / laptop not sure if the option is available on the app or mobile browser. Chrome works well with eBay.
Your auction has nearly 7 days to run be aware that most bids , no guarantee of course , but they do come within the last minutes even seconds of an auction, you may receive a higher bid. Is it the buyer asking you to sell now for this price? If so, personally I would let the auction run on.
