Buyer keeps making arrangements to collect, then never turns up

AIBU? This has been going on since August.....  latest  is today - said they will come this evening, no show. Am now thinking I will advise item will be left outside and if its still there when they eventually decide to come, all well and good.

Not a good idea, you will have no proof of delivery and buyer could claim not received and get a full refund.

OMG I see August, why ever have you left it so long?  Did buyer pay? If not you are months too late to even give them an Unpaid Strike. 

Relist there is nothing buyer can do now, BUT you should add them to your BLOCKED BIDDERS LIST.

Yes, buyer did pay back at the end of  August. 

But as mentioned they made numerous arrangements over September to collect but never turned up,  then they went abroad until November. 

On their return again they made several arrangements to collect, but no show. 

Latest was yesterday - they arranged to come yesterday evening, again no show, no message.......

Will try and refund their £5, and as you suggest add them to Blocked Bidders list

 You can't do a refund through ebay after 90 days, and you are well over that.
