NEVER CLOSE, you will get nothing.
Have you opened the correct case, NOT AS DESCRIBED or similar reason. If seller does not provide a return label within 4 days, go to the case and ESCALATE to ebay.
Seller has a choice, if he wants it returned he provides a label, and on return refunds, or if it is damaged for example and he does not want it returned, then he just refunds.
When a refund is made then case closes automatically.
