Lost parcel compensation as a seller

Hello. An item I recently sold has been confirmed with Evri as lost. I have been forced to refund my buyer but I am now out of pocket and am looking to claim compensation for lost parcel. I have contacted evri who say I need to go through eBay as they are the carrier in this situation and generated shipping label. Does anyone know how I can contact a human from ebay please? As their online chat is hopeless! Thank you

But if you used Simple Delivery on  your listing you should be covered for loss in transit and ebay should have paid for the refund, not you.     You can contact ebay about it using callback on here:
