Arranging delivery for sold item

I sold (and was paid for) a cupboard to a buyer who asked me to delay delivery until she had finished decorating. She delayed several times and now 7 months or so later, the eBay emails are not longer working and I can‘t contact hereto arrange delivery

You have done all that you can to arrange delivery --- eBay will not assist after 7 months --- anything could have happened to your buyer who no longer is in contact with you.

Suggest that you relist and if the buyer finally contacts again, you can mutually arrange to refund the payment outside of eBay.

Arranging delivery for sold item

I am tempted to do that, but she paid £500, which is a lot for her to lose. At some point in the past I got her actual address. I sent her a letter a couple of weeks ago, but still no response. I‘m thinking of giving her another week, sending another letter, then relist.
