Cancelling a return asked for in error

Hi,

The buyer of a GPU wanted to return it, but in fact made an error and confused it with another item not sold by me. He wants to not return the GPU. I've already paid for a return label. How do we sort this out.

BTW is there a way to speak to anyone at eBay these days?

Regards Steve

It is fairly simple to sort this out.

Ask the buyer to close the return.

You will only be charged for the label if it is used.

Ebay Customer Services is available for most of the day - although they are often busy.  Currently, for example, there is a 31 minute wait for a callback.
