Hello folks, I've booked a royal mail pickup for Monday for an item that I've sold, but no confirmation email has come through. The date comes up on the 'prepaid label' page, but no confirmation email. This seems fishy. I have done this before and no collection happened, then I had to print off a label and take it to the post office myself. Do collections work? And if so, what am I missing? Thanks
