I have restrictions on claimed numerous policy violation on the basis of selling outside of eBay. Firstly there has been no selling outside of eBay or intention to do so.
It seems as though an algorithym was triggered by some spurious and unconnected fact. There are twelve items. The system would not accept submitting appeals for more than four and it was difficult to speak with an agent. When I did the communication quality was extremely poor which made it very difficult to understand what was being said. Ultimately it seems that common sense can not prevail over the algorithyn and the restrictions on those listings stand. I must have spent (or wasted) something over an hour trying to resolve this issue to no avail.
